Camera health summaries
Summaries are a quick overview of any cameras that have been offline and missing count data. They identify and troubleshoot recurring issues - helping avoid ongoing inaccuracies in your reporting.
Configure summaries for cameras across your sites, or at individual sites. They can be sent daily or weekly on the day and time best suited to you.
In combination with real-time camera alerts, they’re a powerful tool to ensure you’re getting the most out of your camera installations.
Whether you choose to receive health summaries daily or weekly, the summary will list any cameras currently offline and how long they have been offline for.
A weekly health summary we will automatically created and sent to all admin users at 9am every Monday. You can edit the recipients, frequency and delivery time of this email to suit your needs.
Summaries also give you information about any other camera issues since the last health summary was sent (over the last 24 hours or last 7 days depending which frequency you receive the summaries at).
We recommend setting up health summaries in combination with real-time camera alerts to keep you up-to-date with any camera issues across your fleet and make it easier for you to spot recurring problems.
