This page will help you with logging in to your HoxtonAi control room account, and explain what to do if you have forgotten your password.

Our working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm GMT (excluding public and bank holidays)
Log in.
Visit the HoxtonAi control room and log in with your email address and password.
If you have forgotten your password, follow the link at the bottom of the log in form.
You will next be asked to confirm the email address connected with your account. Details for resetting the password will be sent to this address.
Look out for an email from us with a link to change your account password.
Change password.
If you want to change your password, start by logging out of your account. Then follow the steps above as if you have forgotten the password, which will allow you to change your account password.
