Connectivity
Wifi hotspot Hoxton Direct not showing.
Please try the following steps:

Is the device powered on? Check status LEDs.

While the device is powered on - push the reset button with a pen/pencil for a minimum of 5 seconds or until the status LEDs change pattern.

Wait 30 seconds.

Check for wifi hotspot.

If not found, go into any web browser and type the following into the address bar: 192.168.41.1 and hit enter.

If the pop up window does not appear, try a different web browser (ie: Safari/Chrome).
-
If the pop up window still doesn't appear repeat steps 6 and 7 on a different phone/computer.

If none of the above steps work, please contact support@hoxton.ai.
Cannot connect device to wifi network when connected to hotspot.
Please check the wifi network you are trying to connect is:
-
Not a hidden network.
-
Not a captive portal.
-
Not blocked with a corporate firewall.
If none of the above is the case, please try the following steps
-
Power off the device.

Wait 5 seconds.
-
Power on.
-
Wait 30 seconds.
-
Press reset switch for 5 seconds or until LED lights behaviour changes.

Connect to hotspot Hoxton Direct.
-
Re-attempt to connect to wifi network.
If you are still unable to connect to the wifi network, please try following
-
Connect to an ethernet cable from one of the wifi router's ports to the LAN connection on the PoE power plug.

Press reset switch for 5 seconds or until the LED lights behaviour changes.

Check if the device comes online by reviewing LED lights status. See
device statuses for more information.

If the device comes online - it is an issue with your wifi network.

If the device does not come online - please contact support@hoxton.ai.
